These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of services provided by United Aviation ("we", "us", "our"), a UK-based travel consultancy offering visa application support, Hajj & Umrah packages, flight ticketing and holiday planning. By instructing us to act on your behalf, making a booking, or using this website, you ("client", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you are booking on behalf of another person or a group, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms for every individual included in the booking, and that you have shared these Terms with them.
United Aviation provides:
We act as an intermediary and consultancy between you and third parties such as embassies, consulates, airlines, hotels and ground handlers. We are not a government body, embassy, consulate or airline, and do not issue visas, tickets or accommodation directly — these are issued by the relevant authority or supplier once your application or booking is approved.
We assist with preparing, checking and submitting visa applications, but the decision to approve, refuse or delay any visa rests solely with the relevant embassy, consulate or immigration authority. We cannot guarantee that any visa application will be successful, regardless of how it is prepared.
Hajj and Umrah packages are subject to availability, seasonal pricing and the requirements of the relevant Saudi authorities. Package inclusions (flights, hotel category, transport, Ziyarat) will be confirmed in writing before payment is taken.
Flight fares are subject to availability and can change until full payment is received and a booking reference is issued. Once a ticket is issued, airline fare rules apply to any changes, cancellations or refunds, and airline-imposed fees may apply in addition to our service charges.
It is the client's responsibility to check passport validity, visa requirements and check-in/baggage policies for their specific airline and route before travel.
A booking is confirmed once we have received the required deposit or full payment, as applicable to the service. Prices quoted are valid at the time of quotation and may change due to currency fluctuation, fare increases, or embassy fee changes prior to confirmation.

United Aviation will exercise reasonable skill and care in providing our services. However, we are not liable for decisions made by embassies, consulates, airlines or accommodation providers, including visa refusals, flight delays or cancellations, or overbooking by third parties.
Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the value of the service fee paid to United Aviation for that specific booking, except where liability cannot be excluded or limited under UK law.
We are not liable for delays, cancellations or failures to perform any part of our services caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, civil unrest, government action, pandemic-related restrictions, airline or embassy strikes, or extreme weather.
Personal and travel documentation shared with us is used solely for the purpose of preparing and submitting your visa application, booking or package, and is shared with relevant embassies, airlines or suppliers only as necessary to process your request. We take reasonable measures to keep your data secure and do not sell client data to third parties.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and the United Aviation brand mark, is the property of United Aviation and may not be reproduced, copied or used without prior written consent.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. The version published on this website at the time of your booking will apply. We encourage clients to review this page periodically.
